Shop Terms

These Shop Terms supplement the Payment Terms, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service for purchases made via the Astra Shop (physical and digital goods).

1. Who sells what

Astra first-party goods — sold and fulfilled by Sunstone Venture Capital LLC dba Sunheir Culture.
Partner goods — listed on Astra, sold by independent vendors via Stripe Connect. Astra is the limited collection agent for the seller. The vendor is the merchant of record for the transaction with you.

The product page identifies which party is selling each item.

2. Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are in USD unless noted; local currency may be displayed.
Sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Customs duties and import taxes for international physical shipments are your responsibility unless explicitly included.

3. Shipping (physical goods)

Standard origin: US warehouses (additional EU and APAC fulfilment in beta).
Estimated delivery shown at checkout. Carrier delays are not a refund event unless the package is lost (> 30 days past estimate).
Shipping insurance available at checkout.
Astra is not liable for damage that occurs after a carrier marks the package delivered.

4. Returns

Physical goods: 14-day return window from delivery, in original condition. Shipping cost is deducted from refund. EU consumer 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition.
Defective on arrival: full refund or replacement (your choice) including return shipping.
Digital goods: 7-day refund if consumption < 25% (pages opened or minutes played).

5. Counterfeit and IP claims

We do not knowingly list counterfeit, infringing, or stolen goods. Counterfeit reports go to hello@astraplatform.ai; IP infringement notices go to hello@astraplatform.ai (see DMCA Policy).

6. Restricted items

We do not list:

Items prohibited by US, EU, UK, AU, JP, KR, or your destination country's import law.
Live animals, weapons, controlled substances, prescription drugs, fraudulent identification.
Items that violate the Community Guidelines.
Religious or sacred objects sold without authentic provenance.

7. Reviews

You may review purchases you have made. Reviews must be honest, follow the Community Guidelines, and disclose any compensation received for posting them. We may remove reviews that are defamatory, harassing, or paid-without-disclosure.
