Subscriptions:

• 14-day no-questions full refund on first sub
• 24-hour refund window after each renewal
• Past that — cancel anytime, you keep service until period ends

Coins:

• Unused balance: refundable
• Spent coins: not refundable
• Request: Settings · Billing · Refund coins

Shop:

• Digital items: non-refundable (downloaded at purchase)
• Physical items: 14-day return, see /legal/shop-terms

Reader sessions:

• Refundable if not started
• Mid-session — if reader is a no-show or quality is materially below expectations, file an appeal, we investigate
