• Verifiable references or public work
• 18+
• Consistent availability ≥ 8 hrs/week

Flow:

1. /readers/apply — application form
2. We reply within 7 days · schedule a 30-min audition
3. Pass · upload ID + bank info (Stripe Connect)
4. 1-week probation · we follow up with users on every session
5. Confirmed · enter the rotation pool

Split:

• Reader 70% · platform 30%
